DON'T EXAGGERATE YOUR CURRENT SUCCESS. EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE, YOU'VE MADE PROGRESS THAT CAN BE CELEBRATED.
4. GET PERSONAL
SHOW YOURSELF OUTSIDE OF YOUR BRAND. WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN AND ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE THAT CONNECTS WITH YOUR AUDIENCE?
5. FIND AN EXAMPLE
THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU LIKE TO SEE AS A CONSUMER VS BEING THE PRODUCER. YOUR BRAND STORY SHOULD BE AUTHENTIC TO THE VALUES OF YOUR BUSINESS OR SKILL, NOT ANYONE ELSE'S.
6. LET YOUR HATERS BE YOUR MOTIVATORS
RESPOND TO CRITICISM WITH BETTER BEHAVIOR. DON'T JUST DELETE COMMENTS OR POSTS THAT AREN'T FAVORABLE. LET YOUR AUDIENCE KNOW YOU'RE LISTENING AND THINK OF HOW THAT CAN BE USED AS CONTENT IN A POSITIVE WAY.
